Head Prestige tennis racket has a new feel

You don't have to go back to 1987 to find the classic prestige.  The Head Prestige is celebrating its 25th Year... This classic racket has been used by some of the greats in the game including Thomas Muster, Goran Ivanisevic, Gustavo Kuerten to name a few.  I had used the original Prestige 600 (made in Austria) edition for 10 + years before switching to a new racket, I had always found that it played unlike any other racket.  Many players that I know who have used it will swear by it as well, it has a comfortable soft feel.  It's not for everyone due to the fact it is a bit heavy at around 320 grams or so and its 90 square inch head might be difficult for some to get used to.

Head is celebrating this classic by launching the YouTek IG Prestige series for 2012 and adding an S-model.  This S-model will make the prestige more player friendly so a broader array of players might be able to use the control, power and feel that this racket produces.  It will most likely be lighter and feature a different string pattern.

Head will be incorporating its new technologies such as the Innegra and D30 technologies which will make this a tough, vibration absorbing racket that performs with ultimate percision.  Look for the launch to be coming prior to the Australian Open.
