Pat Markey

Haribito means a stringer in Japanese

In Japan a master craftsman which strings with heart and soul is known as a HARIBITO.  Just this month Gosen held a seminar in Korea to certify stringers. Please read the full story on Gosens website.  For US information on the strings you can visit the official website at GOSEN SPORTMODE INC.

Gosen manufacturers racket strings under its own label and for other string companies.  10-15 years ago my tennis shop carried Gosen OG Sheep and JC COURIER string and they received good reviews.  The tecgut series are popular as responsive multifilament strings.  Umishima series of strings have low tension loss and FG series strings have a flat shape for more spin.  I have had good response on the Gosen polylon Comfort
